You and I don't need to argue the need for compassion, understanding, awareness, and humility in this world today. All across social media, and even in the wellness industry, we’ve entered the era of information overload and life as a highlight reel. If you scroll long enough, you'll start to notice how many videos start with "Should". It's exhausting. It's overwhelming.
From this place, we start to believe more in our limitations and scarcity, rather than our raw potential and power.
We all come with a unique story. We all just want to be met where we're at.
Wellness is not about making all of your lifestyle changes seem easy, or look aesthetically pleasing. It takes real work, real honesty, and real vulnerability to observe and shift your habits. Even before that, it's no walk in the park to uncover a comfort zone that can no longer sustain you. Acknowledging that friction isn't a sign of a dead end, but rather an indicator light of necessary evolution.
Wellness is not a happy ending, or a finish line. Vitality is a constant practice in which you reap the benefits from your own character and dedication.

Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented journey centered around maximizing your personal potential. This is made possible through confirming your deeper why, unlocking insights, defining clear actions, examining your habits, lifestyle choices, and consistently moving toward your desired future.
As your coach I offer support, guidance, and accountability as we question and explore the individual issues that you bring to our sessions. My aim is to empower you in making sustainable, positive lifestyle and behavioral changes aligned with your self-determined goals.

You are self-motivated. You understand that the coach provides the guidance and structure, but you are the expert in your own life, and the work ultimately depends on your commitment.

Our discovery call will outline pricing, as well as which personalized approach is right for you depending on what you would like to get out of coaching.

Unfortunately, my services are not covered by insurance. Many mental health service providers on the Board of Health are working to advocate for insurance coverage for both coaching and therapy.

I offer flexible coaching options, including in-person meetings and virtual sessions, to best accommodate your schedule and location.

Each of my coaching packages include 12 sessions. Depending on the frequency of our sessions(2x a month, 4x a month, etc), the program could take anywhere from 3-6 months.
At the end of our final session, you have the option to continue our coaching relationship with unexplored areas you’d like to fine-tune. I always look forward to developing fresh, personalized protocols tailored to your evolving goals.
